New Members Inducted into Phi Theta Kappa and National Honor Society

The annual induction ceremony for the high school and college honor societies was recently held in the Wentworth Chapel at the Wentworth Military Academy and College in Lexington.

Phi Theta Kappa is the official honor society for two-year colleges. The Wentworth chapter is sponsored by Dr. Becky Young-Mueller, an instructor and coach at Wentworth.

This year 29 new members were inducted into Phi Theta Kappa. The college students inducted were Justin Aldred, Samantha Angle, Robert Beers, Jared Clasen, Jonathan Clegg, Jade Dale-Perry, Patricio Fernandez, Kristen Lang, Carl Link, Millennial Manu, Paul Marquez, Cameron McClintock, Anastasia McElroy, Lucas Mondino, Benjamin Mooneyham, Joseph Moreland, Leonardo Padua, Alexandria Paul, Charles Poh, Mendrix Punzalan, Tu’iemanu Ripley, Lauivaa Tavai, Christopher Thompson, Kayla Thompson, Gabriel Togni, Alejandro Valdez, David Williams and Courtland White.

The Lutes Hoge Tinker (LHT) Chapter of the National Honor Society is the Wentworth Military Academy chapter. Currently, the LHT Chapter of National Honor Society is serving their second term as Treasurer of the Missouri Association of National Honor Societies.  The LHT Chapter is sponsored by Marjorie Griffin.

This year 5 new members were inducted into the LHT Chapter of National Honor Society. The high school students inducted were Allyson Fly, Haoyu Eric Gao, Guadalupe Mendez, Aubrey Wang, and Drake Wick.
