This course is a survey course of the major topics of interest in the fields of Oceanography and Marine Science. Topics included will be: marine geology, physical oceanography, chemical oceanography, marine ecology, marine embryology, invertebrate zoology, and vertebrate zoology. The student will become certified in SCUBA and will study diving physics, diving medicine, Gas laws and SCUBA basics.
